• Remember to wash the panty liners before using it.
• Ensure the cloth Liner is clean and dry before use.
• Place the pad onto your panty. Make sure the absorbent part is facing up.
• Simply wrap arount your panty and the snap the buttons below to secure it in the place.
• After 6-8 hours when you feel it has become heavy, remove it and hand wash or throw it in laundry.
• And, if you are outside, remove it and put it in the bag that comes with the purchase

• Rinse under tap-water or soak the used pad in water for a few hours
• You can hand or machine-wash the pads
• If only hand washed, the cloth pads will last much longer
• It is best to be dried under the sun
• Do not use any fabric softeners as they may damage the PUL layer
• Do not use iron or dryers.
