• Absorbency improves further after 5-6 wash
• In light to medium flow, change the pad every 4-5 hours
• During heavy flow, change once it gets full
• Can be reused for up to 5 years with proper care

• Rinse under tap-water or soak the used pad in water for a few hours
• You can hand or machine-wash the pads
• If only hand washed, the cloth pads will last much longer
• It is best to be dried under the sun
