Refund policy
Due to the nature of the product and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns and exchanges once products have been delivered.

Damages:
Items that may have been damaged or defective will be fully replaced (only in case of Warranty Products) or refunded.
In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, please email us at sustainablestree@gmail.com or WhatsApp or SMS at (+91) 9950008588 within 48 hours of receiving your order with a video of the damage, the packaging, and the barcode displayed.
For return of damaged products, Sustainable Stree may levy charges on back shipment. Evaluation is subject to the discretion of Sustainable Stree.
Once we authorize your request, Sustainable Stree will offer you an exchange or refund through online mode of payment.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date we receive the products back.
Evaluation of damages are subject to the discretion of Sustainable Stree.

- Unserviceable shipping location by our courier partners
- Faulty or damaged product

- Incorrect/incomplete address or contact information given by the customer
- Unavailability or refusal of the recipient
- Force majeure events
- Customer tampering with the product

Cancellation Policy:
An order cannot be canceled once it is successfully fulfilled.
