This project focuses on educating both, the youth and women in rural and urban areas about menstrual health and hygiene. By breaking the taboos surrounding menstruation and providing accurate information, it empowers women and girls to take control of their health.

Women lack access to proper menstrual hygiene products, leading to severe health issues. Saksham aims to address these challenges by promoting the use of sustainable menstrual products, such as menstrual cups, reusable pads, period panties, and biodegradable pads.
