1. For Menstrual Cup:

• Capacity: 15 to 30 ml
• Sterilize your hands, gentile area, and the cup well before use
• The cup can collect menstrual blood for approx. up to 6-8 hours depending upon the flow
• The cup should be emptied and washed every 8 hours for good hygiene, even if it is not full
• Wash the cup with hot water or unscented/mild soap
• It last up to 5-10 years with proper care

• Absorbency: 5 to 10 ml
• Underwear is used for light leaks, spotting, and white discharge, or as a backup to menstrual cups and sanitary pads
• It can be used for up to 3 years if taken proper care

• Do not use a brush to clean underwear
• Rinse under tap water or soak in lukewarm, regular, or cold (not hot) soapy water and gently rub with your hand. (Machine washable)
