• Sterilize the cup in hot water before first use
• Fold punch down/C shape
• Sit in comfortable position and insert
• Run your finger around the cup to make sure vaccum seal is formed
• After usage remove the cup, empty and wash it clean with Avni cup wash
• Re-insert

• Wash the cup with hot water or unscented/mild soap before and after every use
• Store in a cloth pouch that comes with purchase after every use
